When designing our training courses we endeavour to understand how individual things influence within a whole. Our approach to problem solving is by viewing problems as part of an overall system. We believe component parts can best be understood in the context of their relationships with each other and with other systems rather than in isolation.
By incorporating and deploying methodology we aim to find practical creative resolution of problems. Our training interventions and courses aim to construct and build ideas. There are no judgments thus eliminating the fear of failure and thus encourage input and participation in ideation.
